Ordering and Shipping: Shipping Options

All orders are calculated based on the products weight. We offer USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx (Federal Express) as our carriers. The calculations are determined by directly accessing the USPS and FedEx sites . The Customer must recalculate after entering the Zip Code to get the proper rates. The order screen will post an error if this has not been done as a reminder to our customers. For International orders we will work with our customer to give them the best rates possible. Calculating Ship Times

The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the "Available to Ship" time listed for the titles you order plus the Ship Time for the delivery method you select. Our standard Available to ship time is 2 -3 business days.

The "Available to Ship" time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse. Our Standard "Available to Ship " time is 2-3 business days. Some Titles may be longer based on stock.

Total Ship Time = Available to Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time. For example, if the Available to Ship Time is 2-3 days and the Delivery Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 3-5 business days.

Choosing Next Day Air or Second-Day Air does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the "Available to Ship Time" listed for the title you selected.

If you choose items with different "Available to Ship" times -- for example, a 2-3 day delivery along with an out of stock title -- you will be given the option of having your items shipped as they become available or holding your order until it is complete.

If you choose "Hold to Complete" then you will receive your order in one shipment when all items are available to minimize shipping costs. Your order will ship shortly after the expected date of the item with the longest availability. Occasionally, we may choose to expedite incomplete shipments. If we do so, you will not be charged extra shipping if you selected "Hold to Complete." The only exceptions are newly released titles as they may not be available at the time of Order, which are shipped separately.

If you choose "Ship as Available" then your books will be shipped as they become available at extra cost. We make every effort to combine shipments to get you your books as fast as possible while minimizing shipping charges. Please note that in some states the final shipping amount may affect the tax amount shown for the order.

Note: Please keep in mind that we do not currently offer Saturday delivery.

Shipping Options and Ship Times for APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates, and all addresses that do not accept UPS

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is the only shipping option available to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates, and all addresses that cannot accept UPS / Federal Express.

For shipments to military addresses, complete the order form as follows:

• Name: first name, last name
• Address: any applicable information
• City: applicable APO or FPO
• State: appropriate armed forces unit
• P.O. Box: Unit number or P.O. Box number
• Zip/postal code: appropriate zip code country: choose United States
• Email address: appropriate address

Holiday Shipping Policy

Ensure timely delivery for Christmas
When placing orders, please keep in mind the following holiday schedules for carriers commonly used by Shiloah Books.

USPS
· Packages sent via Media Mail or Parcel Post must be mailed no later than Wednesday, December 12 to be delivered by Christmas.
· Packages sent via Priority mail must be mailed no later than Wednesday, December 19 to be delivered by Christmas.
· USPS transit time will not include movement on December 25 and January 1.

UPS
· There is no movement to the Ground packages on December 24 & 25 or December 31 & January 1 through the UPS system. These days can not be counted in transit time.
· There is no movement to the Air packages on December 25 or January 1 through the UPS system. These days can not be counted in transit time.

Federal Express/FedEx Ground
· There is no movement to the Ground packages on December 24 & 25 or December 31 & January 1 through the FedEx system. These days can not be counted in transit time.
· There is no movement to the Air packages on December 25 or January 1 through the FedEx system. These days can not be counted in transit time.
· The guarantee for FedEx Ground will be suspended temporarily for packages tendered December 11 through December 24.

Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend our customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.

We make no guarantees of quantity stocked for any of the items listed. We stock all high volume books, and many uncommon ones, but a few books may not be available for immediate shipment. Some books listed are included for completeness. Their listing does not imply immediate availability or abundance. We ask that you allow 3-7 days beyond your order before calling to check the status. We will contact you either by invoice, phone or email with the status of any delays in your order.
