Our Privacy Policy:
We value your privacy very much. Our policy is quite simple. We require certain information from you in order to process your order and to serve you better. The private (and public) information you provide us is for our use only and we will at no time sell, rent, loan, trade, give away or in any way disclose any information that you give us to any third parties. If you want to tell people you ordered from us, please do, but we won't.
Return Policy:
In the event of an unsatisfied sale, the customer may return any or all merchandise in unused/salable condition within 30 days of shipping. Credit will be given after receipt of the merchandise. In some cases, a return will be issued only a store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Ordering & Shipping:
All orders are automatically calculated based on the product weight and destination postal code. Orders take a minimum of 1 business day to process before shipping. Domestic orders can be shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days), USPS Parcel Post (3-10 days). Or Media Mail (7-14 days). Media mail applies only to "Bound Printed Matter & Media". This means ONLY Books, Charts, Cassette Tapes, and CD's. Additionally orders can be sent by UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Select, Federal Express Home Delivery, Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight. Please note that Second-Day Air and Next Day Air are not available for APO/FPO, P.O. box addresses, AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, all U.S. protectorates, and addresses that cannot accept UPS / Federal Express deliveries.
On some occasions, your order will be shipped by an alternate shipping method than selected. This will occur when a tracking number is deemed by us to be the safest method to ship your order. There are no additional costs incurred by our customer when this change is made and you will be notified via email of the change in shipping.
International orders can be sent by Priority Mail, Express Mail or First Class Mail, FedEx Priority or Economy, or by UPS Worldwide.
Disclaimer
We make no guarantees of quantity stocked for any of the items listed. We stock high volume books, and many uncommon ones, but a few books may not be available for immediate shipment. Their listing does not imply immediate availability or abundance.
We will contact you by mail, phone or E-mail with the status of any delays in your order.
Special Orders
Shiloah Books and More accepts special orders via phone or e-mail. When requesting any item not listed on the site, e-mail us as much information as possible such as ISBN, Title, Author, Publisher or description.
After researching your request we will notify you by e-mail and either make the items available on our site or inform you where you can purchase the items.
We currently sell many books at reduced prices. Some items will not be available for any further discounts.
Other items for large quantities of 10 items to case lots (24-48 items) on any one (1) item may receive additional price and shipping rate reductions. Please email or call us for a quote.
We do not have a paper Catalog. We can provide an alphabetical list of all items on site in a .PDF File (Adobe Acrobat) or on a CD in PDF and Excel Format.
