Return Policy:
Our return policy is very simple. In the event of an unsatisfied sale, the customer may return any or all merchandise in unused/salable condition within 30 days of shipping. Credit will be given after receipt of the merchandise. All Paypal and Check orders will be issued only a store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Ordering & Shipping: All orders are automatically calculated based on the product weight and destination. Orders take a minimum of 1 business day to process before shipping. Domestic orders can be shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days), USPS Parcel Post (3-10 days). Or Media Mail ( 7-14 days). Media mail applies only to "Bound Printed Matter & Media". This means ONLY Books, Tapes, and CD's. Orders with an incorrect shipping method selected may be delayed. The customer will be notified via email of the change in shipping plus an additional $3.50 extra handling charge. Orders will not ship until customer confirms and approves additional charges via Email or Phone. Additionally orders can be sent by Standard Shipping, Second-Day Air, or Next Day Air by Federal Express. Please note that Second-Day Air and Next Day Air are not available for APO/FPO, P.O. box addresses, AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, all U.S. protectorates, and addresses that cannot accept UPS / Federal Express deliveries.
International orders can be sent by Standard Surface mail, International Airmail, or International Priority. Canadian orders are shipped TNT MailFAST. For the best international shipping price, Contact us and we will give you a quote on your order.

Shiloah Books and More accepts Special orders via phone or e-mail. When requesting any Christian item not available on our site,
Click on the Order Desk and e-mail. us as much information as possible such as ISBN, Title, Author or Publisher.
After researching your request we will notify you by e-mail. and either make the items available on our site or inform
you where to purchase the items.
Do you Sell Wholesale?
We currently sell many books at reduced prices, some items will not be available for any further discounts.
Other items for large quantities of 15 items to case lots (24-48 items) on any one (1) item can receive additional price and shipping rate reductions.
Do you Have a Catalog?
We do not have a paper Catalog. We can provide an alphabetical list of all items on site in a .PDF File ( Adobe Acrobat) or on a CD in PDF and Excel Format.
